Welcome to sendit.sh (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Disclaimer (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Service Summary

• Command-line and web-based file uploads up to 10G per file.
• Files are stored for 1 day(s) and then scheduled for deletion.
• Each file may be downloaded up to 5 time(s).

2) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, store, or share:

• Content that violates any law or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, export, or contractual rights).
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or any code intended to harm or to gain unauthorized access.
• Personal data without a lawful basis and required consents.
• Hate speech, threats, incitement to violence, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or other abusive/illegal content.

We may remove content and restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law are violated.

3) Your Files & Responsibility

• You retain ownership of your files. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit the files solely to provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and backups of your files.
• Do not use the Service as your only copy. Files are temporary and may be deleted after 1 day(s) or earlier due to system operations, abuse handling, or technical issues.

4) Privacy & Logs

To operate the Service securely we keep standard server access logs containing the IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent of uploads and downloads. Logs are retained for a limited period (currently 10 days) and are used solely to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, and investigate abuse or security incidents. We may retain and disclose relevant records to law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell or share logs for advertising or profiling.

5) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, no system is 100% secure. Use end-to-end encryption or encrypt files yourself if confidentiality is critical. You are responsible for safeguarding any links or tokens associated with your uploads.

6) Availability & Changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including to comply with law, handle abuse, or perform maintenance.

7) Fair Use & Rate Limits

Automated or excessive use that degrades reliability for others is not allowed. We may apply rate limits, size caps, or other controls to protect the Service.

8) Legal Takedown & Abuse Reports

If you believe content infringes your rights or violates these Terms, send a detailed notice (links, evidence, your contact) to: mehmet.kaplannn@proton.me. We will make a good-faith assessment and take appropriate action.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues, even if advised of the possibility. The Service is provided free of charge: no fee is ever paid to us, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we shall have no monetary liability to you.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe a violation of these Terms has occurred or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12) Governing Law & Venue

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
